This is a studio with living space, kitchen area and bathroom.

You can purchase either the PDF or the CAD version of the plans. This includes floor plan, reflected ceiling plan, roof plan with pitched or flat roof options, building sections, elevations and architectural details.  Plans also include mirrored option.  Site plan, structural plans, title 24 energy calculations, etc. are not included as each project site and local requirements vary.

NOTE: These plans are not permit-ready. They require verifying adherence to local zoning laws, etc. and must be approved by your local planning and zoning commission before building takes place.  If you’re located in the San Diego area, we can provide all necessary plans / documents needed to acquire a building permit for an additional fee.  Please contact us for more info!
